If you have an Original Xbox 360, you will have one extra step. If you have the New Xbox 360 (Slim) it’s super easy, on the back of your console you will see a port called “Aux” that looks like a USB port but has a flattened out corner, just plug your sensor into that and you will be on your way! If you purchased Kinect separately from your Xbox 360 S, you will need to remove the Y-Cable power adaptor to connect the sensor to the AUX port.
